Not understanding this is the reason why Feng Shui to some do not work. The old mentality is, "All i have to do is activate a sector then wait"
No no no. Feng Shui is an aid and NOT the answer. To make it work, you must determine what you want.
What do you want to do?
What do you want to be good at?
The answer to these will be your effective Feng Shui.
When you have clarity of the things you want, the sector that needs to be activated is identified.
Once sectors are positively activated these must be followed by your own ACTIONS. Do not just sit around and wait. You have to act and make things happen.
Your own action is YOUR key to your own success.
